2005-08-09 [Serena]: your body absorbs the food and you do not work it off liek if you were sitting at a computer or shopping. and the thing is to eat lots of high calorie foods
2005-08-09 [iCh3wi]: But with my sleeping disorder, that doesn't work. Roughly I sleep 4 and a half hours a day. From around 2 am till 630 am.
